helping his clients win by creating focused, goal-directed lives.
Leon's
unique offering as a coach, mentor and consultant is his experience, strategic
thinking and insightfulness as an experienced senior executive in the corporate
world. Leon knows, in particular, how 'lonely it is at the top' and is passionate
about sharing his experience with chief executives, managing directors, chief
financial officers, financial directors, and the like.
After graduating
from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Commerce degree, Leon qualified
as a Chartered Accountant and was a partner for many years in one of the leading
auditing and accounting practices, in South Africa. He left the accounting profession
to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions in the corporate world where he gained
extensive experience as a senior executive director of listed companies, predominantly
in the financial services and mining sectors. Leon is a member of the South African
Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and
is certified as a coach by an International Coach Federation affiliate training
program. His clients are in both the public and private sectors, and he also holds
various non-executive positions in both the public and private sectors.
Leon
is the founder of The GoalsGuy CC, established in association with Gary
Ryan Blair, President of The GoalsGuy Learning Systems Inc, a highly focused
training organization, based in the USA. Its mission is to help clients build
and sustain superior performance. They accomplish this objective by helping their
clients increase their sense of direction, confidence, and capability in all areas
of their personal and professional life.
Leon
believes passionately in the enormous, untapped potential that resides within
each person and is committed to providing individuals and corporations with tools
of knowledge and skill they can use to unlock this potential. The GoalsGuy
